As soon as Wolf began to feel
That he would like a decent meal,
He went and knocked on Grandma's door.
When Grandma opened it, she saw
The sharp white teeth, the horrid grin,
And Wolfie said, ``May I come in?''
Poor Grandmamma was terrified,
``He's going to eat me up!'' she cried.

Poor Grandmamma was terrified,

I wrangled Benny into dressing up for some photo fun. Obligingly, he dressed up as a scary wolf and acted the part with enthusiasm and gusto! What a dude! Bless him.
Wanna know my favourite thing about these images? I love that the wolf is wearing skinny jeans and thongs (flip flops to the Americans)! Haha. That cracks me up. Anyway, Benny was a good sport, 'cause it was damn muggy in that bit of forest. I swear, you wouldn't believe that it's midwinter here. Crazy weather to be sure.
Wolves are so freaking amazing. I was fortunate enough to see one in Yellowstone - it leapt across the road in front of our car as we were driving towards old faithful. Pretty cool. Then we saw a bear and a beaver and I nearly wet myself with excitement. It was one of the best days of my life and I felt such awe at what I witnessed. My heart still aches to be back there. I get teary just thinking about it! Anyway, back to wolves - check this out if you wanna watch something amazing:

My new camera has HD video as well so I've been shooting heaps of footage for video making. I'll post some experiments soon.
